Iguanodon (ee-GWAH-no-don) is a LEGO dinosaur, a prehistoric Animal. It was released as part of the Dinosaurs theme in 2001 as both an adult and a baby form.

Iguanodon is a dinosaur that existed between the late Jurassic Period to the early Cretaceous Period of Asia, Europe, and North America. Iguanodon were large, bulky herbivores. Distinctive features include large thumb spikes, which were possibly used for defense against predators, combined with long prehensile fifth fingers able to forage for food. Iguanodon, along with Megalosaurus, were the first dinosaurs ever discovered.
