Jack "Dark Shark" Doubloons is a LEGO Ideas minifigure who appears in the set 21322 Pirates of Barracuda Bay.
His nickname is a wink to the original name of the ship on which he operates: the Dark Shark. As the crew is supposed to have been stranded on a desert island for 30 years, he might well be the son of other crewmembers of this ship.
