Description[]
Joe Frankfurter wears a white prison jumpsuit with dark grey horizontal stripes, along with bright red overalls with dark stains on his legs and a black Mini Pixie Cap. His face is printed with a smirking facial expression and thick black eyebrows. In 60136 Police Starter Set, he also carries a sand yellow Mini Figure Sack.
In The Breakout Bunch, Joe Frankfurter is initially depicted with a standard white prison jumpsuit, with the dark grey stripe pattern continuing onto his legs. He later wears the bright red overalls to disguise himself as an electrician.
Background[]
Joe Frankfurter is a crook wanted for robbing ATMs and banks in LEGO City. He is frequently pursued by police officers including Grace Makepiece and Captain Ember.
In The Breakout Bunch, Joe Frankfurter works with a female crook and Slinger Crook during the stealthy breakout operation. Joe uses hot sauce on a prison guard's pizza to distract the guard. They nearly succeed in breaking a fellow crook out of prison, but the Slinger Crook's dynamite literally blows up in their faces, landing the crooks in front of the Pizza Van where they are promptly arrested.
In Getaway Goons, Joe Frankfurter chains the bulldozer to the wall of the bank, pulling out the safe on the other side. He rides atop the safe while his fellow crooks drive through the city, but he is caught after the safe collides with the getaway sports car.
In Brick Boss, Joe Frankfurter drives a Stunt Truck and creates a smokescreen to blind the police during the operation to free the Jailbreaker. He begins coughing from the smoke and crashes his truck, landing in the limousine with his fellow crooks. They hatch their plot to steal a lot of money and escape on a hijacked Airport Cargo Plane, but a rookie police officer foils their plan, and all the crooks are arrested.
