Jurassic Park III is a movie that was adapted into a LEGO theme, making it a licensed theme. It was released in 2001 as a Studios subtheme.
Characters from the movie itself were not included with the sets, rather, Johnny Thunder and Pippin Reed from the Adventurers themes were included as stand-ins for Alan Grant and Amanda Kirby respectively and Stunt Man as a stand-in for either Udesky, Paul Kirby, or Billy Brennan. However, the characters from the film appear in the LEGO Jurassic World video game, and Dr. Grant eventually was released proper in the Jurassic World set 75932 Jurassic Park Velociraptor Chase, though not in his Jurassic Park III outfit.
Jurassic Park III is also a main section of the LEGO Jurassic World game, where the player plays levels based off of the movie. As the theme was later revived as Jurassic World, featuring sets from its previous instalments.
