Can you touch the stars in our LEGO® 4D cinema? Enjoy exciting LEGO movies with additional wind, rain and snow effects to really bring it to life and put you at the heart of the action!

Emmet, Wyldstyle, Benny, MetalBeard and Unikitty are back in The LEGO® Movie™ 4D A New Adventure, a 4D movie, showing only at LEGOLAND Discovery Center!

Kingdom Quest

The princess has been captured and needs your help! Hop aboard your chariot on the Kingdom Quest laser ride to rescue her. Be warned, there are beastly trolls and sneaky skeletons lurking. Can you zap them all to save the princess?

You must be 4'3 to ride this ride alone.

MiniLand San Antonio

Sneak a peek at our spectacular MINILAND. It's built from A LOT of bricks: over 1.5 million! Explore and play with our interactive models of San Antonio-area landmarks; see boats race and towers glow as the little land changes from day to night. Our mischievous Minifigures love hiding in MINILAND – who will you spot?

Merlin's Apprentice Ride

Pedal the enchanted cart in Merlin's magical potion chamber to become his next wizarding apprentice. Go faster and faster to conjure the sorcerer's spell and soar into the sky. Only the most powerful charms will reach the stars!

You must be 3' or taller to ride this ride and 4' or taller to ride it alone.

Creative Workshop

Our Master Model Builder can create ANYTHING from LEGO bricks. Catch one of our special workshops hosted by our Master Model Builder and LEGO Building Experts throughout the day to discover insider tips and super tricks on building with LEGO bricks. Workshops start at 11:00am every day! Workshop times may be subject to change depending on how many people we have in the class!

LEGO City Play Zone

Jump into our indoor play zone - LEGO® Construction Site. Side by side with climbing walls, slides and a jungle gym, our LEGO Construction Site play zone is perfect for construction workers in training to burn off some of their energy while adults rest, or carry on building with LEGO bricks!

Don't forget your socks! Socks are required to play in this area.

LEGO Racers: Build & Test

Create an ultra-fast LEGO racing car at our Build & Test zone. Race your vehicle on the test track for the quickest time – will your car zoom across the finishing line first? Ready. Set. GO!

DUPLO Farm

Little builders can let their imaginations loose in our DUPLO Farm.

Build a colorful DUPLO flower for the farmer's garden, or wiggle and slide around the barn and our special, big, soft bricks. Don't forget to say "hi" to the barnyard cow: moooo!

Earthquake Tables

Ever tried to build the tallest tower imaginable from LEGO bricks? Take on the challenge at our Earthquake Tables. Test the strength of your brick tower when the tables start to shake.

Join the LEGO Friends in Heartlake City! Find out what the LEGO Friends like to do and help them build cool models in Heartlake City. Which LEGO Friend will be your new BFF?

DUPLO Village

Little builders can let their imaginations loose in our animal-themed DUPLO Village. Build a colourful DUPLO flower for the garden, or wiggle and slide around the cottage and our special, big, soft bricks. Which animals will you spot?

Cafe

Builders of all ages can take a break in our Café. Tuck into a tasty sandwich or salad, unwind with a hot coffee, or indulge in a sweet treat! Take a break from building amazing LEGO® creations, racing LEGO® cars and pedaling fast on Merlin's Apprentice and relax in our colorful Café area.

The Great LEGO Race VR Experience

Get ready for The Great LEGO® Race VR Experience, a virtual reality experience where we invite you to literally buckle up and go for a ride inside the most incredible, exhilarating and fun LEGO® race ever created! Immerse yourselves in a LEGO® world racing brick-built vehicles in the hopes of becoming the next Champion!

Racers will enter the virtual world and be the star of a rollicking race against several LEGO® MINIFIGURE competitors including a pirate, wizard, surfer and pharaoh. With twists and turns throughout the course, the experience engages all senses by combining sight, sound and motion to allow guests to escape reality. The 360-video let's guests see all around them as they venture across a rocky mountain, rolling river and even hot lava! Each experience can lead to a new discovery like realizing you're racing against a LEGO-build rocket-powered windsurfing rig and an ornately canopied bed (called a “litter”) carried by mummy servants. Who will win is the biggest question and the only way to find out is to step into The Great LEGO® Race VR Experience.

  • From Austin: Take 35 South to 37 South. Exit at East Commerce (Exit 141A). Turn right onto East Commerce. The Shops at Rivercenter will be on your right.
  • From Boerne: Take 10 East to 35 North to 37 South. Exit at Commerce St (Exit 141A). Turn right onto Commerce Street. The Shops at Rivercenter will be on your right.
  • From Corpus Christi: Take 37 North. Exit at Commerce St (Exit 141). Turn left onto Commerce Street. The Shops at Rivercenter will be on your right.
  • From Houston: Take 10 West to 37 North. Exit at Commerce St (Exit 141). Turn left onto Commerce Street. The Shops at Rivercenter will be on your right.
  • From Laredo: Take 35 North to 37 North. Exit at Commerce St (Exit 141). Turn left onto Commerce Street. The Shops at Rivercenter will be on your right.
• By Bus:
  • VIA Transit: Take route 301, 11, or 40 to Alamo Plaza. The Shops at Rivercenter are located adjacent to Alamo Plaza.
  • City Sightseeing's Hop-On Hop-Off Buses: Stops 1 and 19 are directly in front of The Shops at Rivercenter.

• Saver Admission: Single-entry tickets to LEGOLAND Discovery Center San Antonio are $21 and $24 for walk-ups.
• LEGOLAND Discovery Center Annual Admission: Includes unlimited annual admission to LEGOLAND Discovery Center San Antonio for one person. Price is $35 per person.
• Extras: Various add-ons are offered at the center for a better experience.
  • The Great LEGO Race VR Experience: Includes one ride on the VR experience. Price is $5.
  • Activity Packs: Make your visit by finding and collecting all the stamps located around LEGOLAND® Discovery Center San Antonio and solve puzzles along the way! The activity pack is full of fun activities that families can do together to get the most out of their trip! Includes a lanyard and limited edition badge for $5.

  • Ultimate Party Packages are the highest tier and run for $1200. They include:
    • Admission for a total of 50 people (includes children and adults)

    • A private meet and greet with Bertie, the mascot, or one of his LEGO friends
    • A dedicated birthday host from the team during your time in the room
    • A LEGO mini-build activity led by the party host - all children get to keep their build

Notes

• Adults are not allowed to enter alone unless accompanied by a child younger than 18, with the exception of special Adult Nights.
• San Antonio is the third-smallest metropolitan area in the world to have its own LEGOLAND Discovery Center (the other two are also in the USA), but it is the only one to be in a state with a much larger city that also has its own Discovery Center. It is the second in Texas to have one.
