LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort is a LEGOLAND Park planned to be opened in Shanghai, China in 2025. The park is planned to be built in Shanghai, China and will cost US$625 million.[1] The park will also supposedly include a 250-room themed hotel.
History[]
The LEGOLAND Shanghai Resort was announced in 2017 and construction began in November 2021. The Legoland Hotel broke ground in late 2022 and the foundations were laid around November 2022; it will be similar in design to the one at the LEGOLAND Korea Resort. Construction of the RD&E area (Lego Square) has also begun.
