Lara Lor-Van is a Super Heroes minifigure who appears as a DLC Character in LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham. She was Superman 's Mother and wife to Jor-El .
Description
Lara has dark brown, wavy hair, similar to the Warrior Woman's. She also wears a brown cape. Her torso, arms, hips, and legs are brown, as well. Lara has nougat colored hands and head. Her appearance in the video game is based off of her appearance in Man of Steel.
Background
Lara gave birth to her son, Kal-El, on Krypton, the day of its destruction. Knowing of the impending death of the planet, Lara decided to put young Kal-El in a ship, and send him to Earth. This plan, however, was almost foiled by Krypton General Dru-Zod. Willing to defend his son, Jor-El fought Zod, ultimately to his death. Kal-El was successfully transported to Earth, as Lara held her husband's corpse. Zod orders that the ship Kal-El was in be shot down. This was unsuccessful. Zod then demands to know where Kal-El is being sent, to which Lara replies by saying "He is beyond your reach".
Later, Lara watches as Zod and his men are sent to the Phantom Zone. Afterwards, Lara dies along with her planet during its destruction.
