The Libyan Van Driver is a Back to the Future minifigure introduced in LEGO Dimensions in 2015.
Background[]
The Libyans or Libyan terrorists, also known as Libyan nationalists, were a group of terrorists that were trying to develop a nuclear weapon and asked for the assistance of Doc Brown to build it. However, Doc took the plutonium to power his DeLorean Time Machine and built a mock weapon out of an empty bomb casing filled with used pinball machine parts. The Libyans vowed revenge on Doc Brown and went to kill him. They found him with Marty McFly in the Twin Pines Mall parking lot testing out his DeLorean time machine. Doc was killed and Marty escaped with the time machine and travelled to the past. In the past, Marty warned Doc about his fate in the future, so Doc brought protection with him to the parking lot to prevent his fate. This Libyan was the van driver.
