The Mechanic is a Collectable Minifigure released in 2012, as part of 8827 Minifigures Series 6.
Description
The Mechanic has a new black, spiffy hairpiece and a smiling face printed with oil spots. His torso is dark blue has oil stains, a name-tag that says "Ralph", pockets and the flying wrench seen on the Race Car Driver. His pants are dark blue and oil stains. He (or a minifigure that resembles him) appears in the Fall 2011 Catalog. He comes with a new red toolbox mold and a light grey wrench.

“Sure, I can fix that…but wouldn’t it be even cooler with a rocket engine?” Nobody is better at quick repairs than the Mechanic. He can fix any dent, ding, rumble or rattle with his handy wrench and toolbox, and he doesn’t mind getting dirty in the process. No matter the problem, he’ll have your vehicle running as good as new in no time flat...but he never quite seems to know where to stop! To the Mechanic, there’s no auto in the world that wouldn’t be improved by adding a couple of stylish fins, a fancy spoiler and a big engine on top of the hood. And while he’s at it, he might just put in a submarine propeller, some ejector seats, a couple of extra wheels and a booster rocket or three. If that’s what he does with a car, imagine what he’ll do with a spaceship! |
