You may be looking for the Mermaid from the Pirates theme or the Mermaids from the Pirates of the Caribbean Theme.
A Mermaid is a female Merperson, an aquatic creature that lives in water. Merpeople are known to be seen in the lake at Hogwarts and are known to have had greyish skin and red hair. Some Mermaids in the Great Lake are a part of the Second Triwizard Task that Harry Potter participated in.
The tail piece for the merpeople minifigures reappeared as part of the mermaid-figurehead of 6243 Brickbeard's Bounty.
