Background[]
Miles Axlerod is the primary antagonist of Cars 2. He created a new alternative fuel called Allinol, and organized an international racing competition called the World Grand Prix. His goal was to make Allinol look bad, so that everyone would go back to using oil so that he and the Lemons, who had the biggest untouched oil reserve in the world, would profit greatly from this. However, his plan was discovered by Mater, and he was arrested.
