Moe De Luca is one of the characters in the video game LEGO City Undercover.

Description

Moe has a grey tuxedo with a blue tie underneath. He has tall grey hair and small cheekbones on his face.

Background

A cousin of Vinnie Pappalardo, Moe is initially to be sentenced to an eight year long prison sentence for 412 unpaid parking tickets, but is rescued from incarceration by Chase McCain on the way to the prison, acting undercover to get into Vinnie's gang.

Moe sends Chase on a mission to steal a truck full of Colour Guns, special weapons that can paint various objects different colours to turn on and off equipment, to deliver to Vinnie.

Afterwards, Moe watches over Vinnie and when Vinnie gets in trouble, Moe sends Chase to help.
