Monkie Kid is a 2020 animated television based on the theme of the same name. The show features Asian inspired 2D animation which differentiates it from Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu and other LEGO Shows. Monkie Kid premiered on June 13, 2020 in Malaysia on TV3, September 9, 2021 on Amazon Kids+, and September 3, 2022 in Asia on Cartoon Network.
Synopsis[]
A young boy named MK, obsessed with the legends of old, discovers Monkey King’s magical staff, which was left on top of a mountain to imprison the Demon Bull King. After he is released, MK must go on a journey of self-discovery to become a hero.
