Ned Flanders is a minifigure released in 2014 as a part of The Simpsons theme.
Background[]
Ned Flanders is the religious and well-mannered neighbor of the Simpson family. Homer Simpson does not like him, and Homer's antics sometimes make Ned become short-tempered. Homer also has a tedency to "borrow" (take and own for years on end) a great deal of his possessions.

- Ned's clothing are the clothes he wore at the barbeque in the third episode of the third season of The Simpsons, "When Flanders Failed".
- He is the only Flanders who was made in physical form.
- Flanders, Montgomery Burns, Waylon Smithers, Scratchy, and Julius Hibbert were all voiced by Harry Shearer.
