Nubby Stevens is a gas station attendant who appears in all three games of the LEGO Island series.

Background[]

LEGO Island[]

During LEGO Island, Nubby is seen pondering about the mysteries of the LEGO world outside of the garage or wandering around LEGO Island. If the player goes inside the garage, Nubby can be found fixing a car and, after Nancy Nubbins informs him, will ask them to help them tow Studs Linkin's car back to the garage from the racetrack.

LEGO Island 2: The Brickster's Revenge[]

During the PC version, Nubby initially drives around LEGO Island in 5920 Island Racer until Pepper delivers Nancy Nubbins a pizza that tells him to visit Nubby to get bricks for his house. Following giving Pepper the bricks, he wanders around LEGO Island

In the Game Boy Color version, Nubby is standing near the garage. If Pepper interacts with him, he will give Pepper a pick axe for Bill Ding.

Similarly to the PC and Game Boy Color versions, Nubby Stevens is located by the garage in the Game Boy Color version of the game. When Pepper returns the garage's Constructopia page, he lets Pepper borrow the van if he has a driver's license. He also gives Pepper fuel to take to Valerie Stubbins if Pepper returns all five of his spanners to him.

Island Xtreme Stunts[]

In Island Xtreme Stunts, Nubby can be found at the garage and asks Pepper to help him find a wheel stolen by the Brickster-Bots. After Pepper finds the wheel, Nubby will give him his trading card.

Behind the Scenes[]

According to the LEGO Island 3 character bible, Nubby Stevens originally owned the garage until Nancy Nubbins, whom he employed to run the checkout, purchased the garage.[1]
