• This hairstyle appears in Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu in both its original form and an altered form that does not physically exist. In the altered version, the front swoop is less pronounced and the sides of the hair continue closer to the front of the head. The original version appears on Lou, Kai in the 2014 blooper reel, and Cyrus Borg, while the altered version appears on Lou, Royal Blacksmiths member, one of the talent show judges, the Bank Owner, Principal Noble, Cyrus Borg, and one of the Wu's Academy students.
  • The altered version did not appear in seasons 8 to 10 (nor the monastery murals that picture Cyrus Borg), because "most characters had a bit of a make-over" for Season 8. Cyrus Borg and the recurring background character design (the appearance used on one of the talent show judges) switched to the original design of the hair piece, while Noble switched to the Part 99930. The altered design of the Obi-Wan hair returned in the WildBrain animation, with Cyrus Borg using it again in the twelfth season.
