Paramount Global (formerly ViacomCBS) is an American mass media and entertainment company. It is famed for Nickelodeon, Paramount Pictures, MTV, and Harmonix music. LEGO has created several themes based on their media, starting with Dora the Explorer in 2004 in the DUPLO line, and continuing in 2006 with the release of SpongeBob SquarePants and Avatar: The Last Airbender system sets. SpongeBob has continued up until the final wave in the beginning of 2012.

Nickelodeon[]
Nickelodeon is Paramount's children's entertainment subsidiary and television channel. It is highly famous for its cartoon shows, such as SpongeBob SquarePants and award nominated Avatar: The Last Airbender. In 2004, Dora the Explorer sets were released, and in 2006, LEGO released three SpongeBob SquarePants sets and two Avatar: The Last Airbender sets. Until 2012, several more SpongeBob sets were released, while Avatar sets were discontinued in 2007.
Paramount Pictures[]
Paramount Pictures is the film subsidiary of Paramount and the company's most successful film studio. They have been famous for making many successful films such as Titanic and Indiana Jones. In 2008 upon The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull's release LEGO licensed with Paramount Pictures and Lucasfilm to create Indiana Jones products. The theme lasted for two years. Two video games were also released. Currently, Indiana Jones is owned by Disney.
Harmonix[]
Harmonix Music Systems is a company owned by Paramount responsible for the development of the Guitar Hero and Rock Band titles. Traveler's Tales Games licensed with Harmonix and Electronic Arts for the rights to create LEGO Rock Band in 2009.
