The LEGO Club Promotional Brick was available at any LEGOLAND during the summer 2009. The brick is 2 by 4, and features Max, the LEGO Club website address and 2009 in big green letters.
As of now this brick can not be obtained anywhere else, as it was a promotional brick for 2009.
