Notes[]
- For unknown reasons, this hair piece has two variations in Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, at least through the first seven seasons. One appears slightly thinner, has the front part curved outward, and has a few branches outward in the back. The other version more closely resembles its physical counterpart. The altered version appears on Lloyd, Morro possessing Lloyd, and a member of The Royal Blacksmiths (Day of the Departed onward); while the more accurate version appears on Garmadon, the Announcer, and Dan Hageman.
- In seasons 8 through 10, the era of the show Wil Film's upgraded animation, this hair piece doesn't appear on any present-day characters, leaving it mostly unknown how it would appear in this era. However, there are a few times ("True Potential," "Into the Breach") when Lloyd looks at a photo of himself and Garmadon from the past. In this photo, Garmadon's hair appears more refined, having sharper edges, making it more accurate to the physical part. There are also color lines across Garmadon and Lloyd's hair in this photo, something which was not present in the show before this.
- A similar refined version seems to be the single variant used in the seasons animated by WildBrain, though it has currently only appeared on Clutch Powers and Hounddog McBrag.
- This hair has the dot on the top like the physical piece in the WildBrain animation but not in the Wil Film animation.
- This hair piece appeared in blond on Lloyd in 2012 in the TV series but was not physically released in this color until 2014.
