Part 700 is a thick version of the modern baseplate. They are no longer used anywhere, and are fairly rare, having been replaced by modern, non-thick baseplates. There are several different versions of this part, and they are described below.

Part 700e

This raised baselate has no Bottom Tubes, and a Cross Support beam underneath.

Part 700eD

This raised baseplate has Bottom Tubes in single row around it's edge, with a Cross Support beam underneath.

Part 700eD2

This baseplate has Bottom Tubes in single row around it's edge, with dual Cross Supports underneath.

Part 700eX

This raised baseplate has no Bottom Tubes, and a Cross Support beam.
