Part 90386 is the Beret worn by the Mime from 8684 Minifigures Series 2 and the Artist from 8804 Minifigures Series 4. This is the first time LEGO has produced this part, however berets have been available for a while because of molding professionals not affiliated with LEGO. A game version of a purple and black beret appeared in LEGO Batman: The Video Game.
