Penguin Minions are brick-built minions of The Penguin. They are built from 16 bricks and carry small pistols. They are mind-controlled by The Penguin to do his every command and fill out his orders. They are included in two LEGO Batman sets and LEGO Batman: The Videogame. They are seen on the streets in Gotham in LEGO Batman 2: DC Super Heroes.
