Penny Twilight is a playable character in Rock Band 2 and LEGO Rock Band. She has short white hair and wears a light blue shirt with a yellow necklace, brown pants, maroon shoes, and red lipstick.
In LEGO Rock Band's character customization, her hair, head, torso, and legs can be used as parts for any created characters.

Penny can sing lead vocals or play guitar, bass, or drums on any song in LEGO Rock Band (save for any song by Queen, Blur, and Spinal Tap). She is also the default bassist for the game's story mode and can appear in any of cutscenes.
