Background[]
Phylange was a super who possessed sonic screams. He was a member of the super team the Thrilling Three and spent his time in his civilian identity as an opera singer. Due to his selfish nature, he was never respected by the public. When Syndrome was designing the Omnidroid as part of Operation Kronos, Phylange was killed by one of its prototypes.
