The Poison Mushroom is a Super Mario obstacle released in 2021.
Description[]
Poison Mushrooms are the same shape as the Super Mushrooms, but with purple-coloured heads and an angry look in their eyes. If Mario jumps on its action tile, he will temporarily be unable to interact with most other tiles. One can heal him by either shaking him, placing him on blue (water) bricks, or obtaining the invincibility (Starman) power-up.

Poison Mushrooms were obstacles that, if picked up, would either shrink the Mario brothers or reduce their health.
Notes[]
Poison Mushrooms were introduced in Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels in 1986, although the LEGO model is instead based on the variant introduced in Super Mario 3D Land in 2011.
