Quartermaster Riggings wears a black tricorne, a bright blue vest over a red-and-white striped shirt, and medium stone grey pants. He has thick sideburns and eyebrows, stubble, and an eyepatch over his right eye; this head is shared with Snake Rattler.

Quartermaster Riggings appears to be based upon one of the unnamed pirates from the original 6285 Black Seas Barracuda set. He is not to be confused with the similar First Mate Rummy, who appears in the same set but wears a brown tricorne instead of a black tricorne.
