Yes, the Race Car Guy definitely parties in the fast lane. Just don’t expect him to keep quiet while the cake’s candles are being blown out, because no matter what he’s doing, as long as he’s wearing his race car costume, he just can’t stop himself from making constant “VROOM VROOM” noises! Go, Race Car Guy, go!
