Plot [ ] Scott helps the Ninja prepare for The Speedway Five-Billion , helping them construct several vehicles in addition to his car . Lloyd , looking for intelligence, heads down to the speedway track to scout things out. Assuming an avatar disguise to conceal his identity he evades a number of Red Visors in order to watch a warmup race. In the process, he spots a talented competitor named Racer Seven , only to see her wipe out before being forced to flee the Red Visors, carrying off her driver's helmet in the process.
When Lloyd reports back to the others, who are unsuccessfully attempting to complete the fifth vehicle needed for their team to compete, Scott informs them that Seven is an NPC character programmed to lose at the same spot in every race. Remembering how Okino overcome his programming, Lloyd decides to approach Seven and try to help her do the same. Seven is slow to take Lloyd's word, but after reflecting on her many failures begins to guess at the truth of his words. As such, she brings her car to Scott's garage, with the Ninja opening the door to welcome her to their team.
