Rose Tico is a Star Wars minifigure that was introduced in 2017.

Background

Rose Tico is the sister of Resistance Gunner Paige. After their home world was terrorized by the First Order, Paige and Rose fled to join the Resistance. She became an technician and support crew, while her sister became an exceptional pilot and gunner.

LEGO Star Wars: Rebuild the Galaxy

In the rebuilt galaxy, Tico was a Sith apprentice under Darth Devastator alongside Rey, Jar Jar Binks, Nubs, an Ithorian, Jyn Erso, Kit Fisto, and a Jawa. The group appeared on Tatooine and attempted to secure the Cornerstone, then in the possession of Sig Greebling. However, through the intervention of Luke Skywalker Sig was able to evade the Sith. Traveling aboard the Dark Falcon, the Sith were assisted in their efforts to locate Greebling by the treacherous Han Solo.

After witnessing the power of his master's Separator weapon, Tico and her fellow apprentices-minus a defeated Jar Jar-traveled down to the planet he had recently reshaped. By this time Tico and the other Sith had tired of their master's obsession and attacked him as a group. Despite being outnumbered seven to one, Devastator was more than a match for his apprentices, all of whom were soon defeated. Devastator himself would be defeated by Sig but remained at large-as did at least some of his former students. Tico and Rey, in particular, sought out the aid of a pair of bounty hunters to capture Sig Greebling for them.

Darth Rose would join most of the other former apprentices in seeking to establish their own power base in the galaxy with a formidable combination space station and superweapon, the Battle Ball. However, the Sith alliance’s plans to take revenge on Greebling and his friends backfired after they attempted to renege on their agreement to pay the Landolorian and Grogu for their services. The bounty hunters promptly turned against them, Greebling and his friends escaped, the Sith were imprisoned, and the Battle Ball was destroyed.

Rose and her comrades attempted to weasel their way out of confinement, but they were only freed after Darth Jar Jar returned and boarded the Falcon. The Sith then attempted to take revenge on their foes, ignoring the greater threat of Solitus. They would all end up trapped in the collapsing Forcehold, and reluctantly joined forces with their enemies to escape. Upon arriving on Solitus’ planet, they joined in battling his droid armies. After defeating the villain, Darth Rose and the others left for parts unknown to continue scheming.
