Background[]
Seamus Finnigan is one of Harry Potter's dorm-mates. Seamus tends to play the role of extra Gryffindor character ready in the wings with commentary. His best friend is Dean Thomas. Seamus' dad is a Muggle and his mum is a witch which means he's a Half-Blood wizard. In his fifth year at Hogwarts, he becomes angry at Harry because his mum almost took him out of school because Harry told everyone Lord Voldemort returned, (which he did, Harry saw and fought him). Fortunately, Seamus eventually believes Harry.
