Seymour TeeVee, or simply TeeVee, is a Hidden Side minifigure introduced in 2020.

Description

Seymour TeeVee resembles a white television mounted on silver metallic minifigure legs, along with black antennae. The legs and hip feature robotic printing. The television screen is printed with a cheery facial expression on its display, although it can be swapped out with an alternate printing with a sour facial expression.

Background

Seymour TeeVee is a robot who was created by J.B. to be her lab assistant, as well as helping her in dealing with threats from the Hidden Side. He can display data and information on his screen, although he does not speak and leaves J.B. to explain the information to Parker L. Jackson. In Night of the Harbinger, Vaughn Geist picks up TeeVee while trying to figure out what it is, leading J.B. to forcibly intervene.

Notes

• Seymour TeeVee was designed by Niek van Slagmaat and Nick Vás as a homage to Tee Vee from Alpha Team, with the two characters sharing similar names and appearances. Seymour TeeVee is ultimately the result of the two designers pitching the minifigure since 2016. The Wu Bots from Ninjago would also be another later homage by Niek van Slagmaat.
