The LEGO Movie
In The LEGO Movie, Shaquille O'Neal (alongside NBA Player 1 and NBA Player 2) is among the Master Builders that meet in Cloud Cuckoo Land. His minifigure was black, and NBA Player 1 and NBA Player 2 were both yellow (rather than just being white). This is also how the actual minifigures are in real life. Shaquille attempts to stop the Robo SWATs with a basketball catapult, which doesn't work. He is then captured and put in one of Lord Business' Think Tanks, but is later freed by Emmet.
- The fact that he was directly addressed by Superman may be a reference to Shaq playing the role of Superman's substitute/ally Steel in the character's live-action film.
