Background
The Shifty Wizard was a wizard who was into the dark arts, and would wander Knockturn Alley, which is a "dodgy place", with many shops devoted to dark magic.
Video game Description
The Shifty Wizard is portrayed as a man dressed all in black with a very pale skin tone. He can use all spells except dark magic.
