Snowtroopers were a variation of the Stormtroopers. They were deployed by the Galactic Empire on many planets with severely cold temperatures, or large ice planets including Hoth and Rhen Var. In their armor, Snowtroopers had heaters. Snowtroopers have made many appearences in sets but are one of the few minifigures from the theme to have not of been re-designed since its first release in 7130 Snowspeeder.
