SpongeBob SquarePants is the main character of the SpongeBob SquarePants (Theme), who was made into a LEGO Minifigure in 2006 as part of the Nickelodeon wave connected with Avatar: The Last Airbender sets. Spongebob has a unique sandwich plate with many different printings over the years, first with the average look.

Description

The SpongeBob minifigure has smaller legs than other LEGOs to make him look as small as in the show. He does not have a minifigure head because SpongeBob's body in the show is also his face, so a plastic covering with his face on it covers the LEGO body. SpongeBob's legs were used in newer minifigures including Star Wars' Ewok and Yoda.

Background

SpongeBob works at the Krusty Krab with his boss Mr. Krabs and his Co. worker, Squidward, who is also his next door neighbor. His best friend is Patrick Star, a pink star fish, who hangs around Spongebob while continuously and accidentally annoying Squidward. His teacher at the Bikini Bottom Boating School is Mrs. Puff, a pufferfish. She gave him many lessons over getting his driver's liscense. SpongeBob is also friends with Sandy, a squirrel who reached underwater to discover more about the sea. He lives in a large pineapple with his pet snail, Gary. On the left side of his house is Squidward living in his Tiki house. Oftentimes when SpongeBob wakes up, his alarm gives a very loud annoyance to Squidward's ears every time he is about to play his instruments or paint pictures.

• His Krusty Krab hat and spatula was never produced.
