Stargirl is a Super Heroes minifigure who will first appear in LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.

Description

Star Girl has golden hair and a light nougat face. Her face printing is a dark blue mask and a smirk with red lipstick. Her torso and arms are dark blue with red hands. On her torso she has a white star on the top of her torso and black muscle and curves detailing. Stargirl's torso also has a light nougat with tan abs printing. She also has a red belt with black detailing. Her hip piece is black, Stargirl's legs have this colored printing in these colors going downwards. Dark Blue, white, light nougat and black boot printing.

Background

Courtney Whitmore is Stargirl, a junior member of the Justice Society of America and the JSA All-Stars. The step-daughter of Stripesy donned the gear, and took the name of the Star-Spangled Kid to annoy her new stepfather, but has since risen to higher levels. After Jack Knight retired as Starman, he passed the Cosmic Staff on to Courtney. She renamed herself Stargirl, and now carries on both the legacy of Star-Spangled Kid and Starman.

Notes

  • Her creator Geoff Jhons who also apeears in Lego Batman 3 based the character on his sister Courtney Jhons who died in the plane crash of TWA flight 800 and the character was dedicated to her memory and is also the first character Jhons created for DC comics.
