Stormicide was a super who could absorb and emit various gasses for various purposes (such as depriving fire of oxygen or using gasses to propel herself in flight), while also being skilled at chemistry. When Syndrome was designing the Omnidroid as part of Operation Kronos, she was killed by one of its prototypes.
