Street Sweeper Sal wears a bright orange safety jacket, with his torso printing featuring a zipper, breast pockets, a blue pen, silver reflective stripes, and a blue turtleneck shirt worn underneath. He also wears dark stone grey gloves, bright blue pants, and a bright red Mini Contractors Helmet. His face is printed with stubble, black eyebrows, prominent cheekbones, and a thick black mustache.

Street Sweeper Sal is a sanitary worker who is devoted to his job and is able to provide for his wife and "2.5 kids", with his last child not yet being fully built. He uses his street sweeper to clean the streets.
Sal appears in LEGO Legacy: Heroes Unboxed as a tank with the abilities "Shovel Smackdown", "Nine to Five" and "0 Days Without Incident". Though his damage output is low, his Taunt ability combined with his extreme healing makes him shine as a tank.
