If there is a subtheme for on stranger tides, then shouldn't there also be a subtheme for the original trilogy? This would include all sets that don't say "on stranger tides" at the top of the box. these sets would include isla de muerta, cannibal escape and the mill and maybe even the black pearl when more information about it surfaces. Would be ok to make a page for subtheme "Pirates of the Caribbean: Trilogy"??

The original trilogy is never named as such on the sets, or any of the catalogs or other places I looked, so probably not.Brickmacktalkcontribs
Ok, would it be necessary to create subthemes for the individual films then from the triogy. I saw that the harry potter had made subthemes for each film even though these names aren't written anywhere and no information was given from TLG to confirm it. Also, it is clear that these sets are from certain individual films.
The initial Harry Potter sets were all given subthemes on the shop website (archived example), although that only happened for up until 2007. NightblazeSaber 09:05, April 30, 2011 (UTC)
Thanks, so I presume the Pirates of the Caribbean sets that aren't from On Stranger Tides (Isla de Muerta, Cannibal Escape, The Mill) are to be left without any subtheme?

The minifig poster on http://lego.wikia.com/wiki/Pirates_of_the_Caribbean seems to distinguish two subthemes
