Description[]
Each Taxi Driver is represented with a unique minifigure, varying in appearance between sets.
In 7937, the Taxi Driver wears dark stone grey pants and a black vest over a white shirt with a blue/black-striped tie. His face is printed with a smiling facial expression, and his hair is a reddish brown Mini Wig Man.
In 60050, the Taxi Driver wears an unbuttoned earth blue jacket over a white buttoned shirt and sand blue pants. He has the same face as the 7937 Taxi Driver, but his hair is a dark orange Wig Boy.
In 60233, the Taxi Driver wears a new dark red jacket, unzipped to show a light blue shirt underneath; earth blue pants; and a new dark red Figur Head Clothing No 6. hat. Unlike previous Taxi Drivers, he has a thick brown mustache, cheek lines, and crow's feet.
Background[]
As implied by their occupation, Taxi Drivers drive yellow taxi cabs around LEGO City, offering transit to paying passengers. In LEGO City, they are typically found near areas of public transportation, such as train stations, either dropping off travelers at the main entrance or waiting to pick them up and bring them to their final destination.
