The Collector is a Super Heroes minifigure released in 2014. He was a Comic-Con exclusive.
Description
The Collector has the same hair as Magneto in 2014 and has leg printing. His torso includes a reddish-purple type design with a golden like necklace hanging from his chest pocket. He has a white and tattered cape. His face has two expressions, one with a stern look, and the other with an angrier look. He also comes with two round 1x1 studs and one 1x1 translucent red stud in the center, it is assumed that this is the Aether.
Background
Taneleer Tivan, also known as the Collector, is the keeper of the largest collection of interstellar fauna, relics and species in the galaxy, operating from the Knowhere port installation.
He collected aliens and other creatures like Howard the Duck as a collection piece.
Through his dealings with Asgardians and the Guardians of the Galaxy, he is currently in possession of one of the Infinity Stones and was nearly able to obtain a second stone.
He is also the brother of En Dwi Gast.

- In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, The Collector was played by Benicio del Toro who also played DJ in Star Wars: The Last Jedi.
