The Real Fall is the one hundred and fifty-second episode of Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu, and the eighth episode of season thirteen.

Having watched Vania dive into the pit after Wu and Cole, Vangelis puts away the Skull of Hazza D'ur. Needing an explanation for Vania's disappearance, he tells Hailmar that Chompy was responsible for her fall, and orders that the stunned dragon be locked up. Vania races down the shaft after her friends, but her mechanical wings are unable to carry all three of them and break away. Fortunately, their fall is slowed and then stopped; unfortunately, it is stopped by a giant spiderweb, and several of the creatures appear. Cole ends up wrapped in webbing, and two of the spiders fight while Vania attempts to distract a third.

Surrounded by the three monsters, a freed Cole hits upon the only apparent way to save the trio: cutting a hole in the web so that they continue their plummet. The fall turns into a slide, and the three then end up in a subterranean river. They attempt to stop themselves on some rocks, only to discover that they have landed on a gigantic turtle-like creature that throws them off its back. The river culminates in a whirlpool, and Cole desperately attempts to halt their descent into it by using his earth powers to pull down a massive stalactite.

Sadly, Cole's success is short-lived, and the trio plunge into a yet deeper cavern. Much to Cole's astonishment, he finds that they're not alone, as he is greeted by yet another spider and a strange trio who introduce themselves as the Lowly and welcome him to Rock-Bottom.
