Lucas film only made star wars so their would be no need to add it to the boxes but Disney (I'm sorry but I like it so I see no problem with their logo on the boxes) now has ownership of Lucas film and since the Disney logo is on all the other licensed Disney themes I see no problem with it on the star wars sets. Also they might be advertising that they now own Lucas film but that's ok because EVERY company advertises even lego.
