Thu[1] is a character from the Pirates Islanders subtheme.
Description[]
Like all other generic Islanders, Thu wears simple tribal clothing, white and red facepaint, and black hair tied up around a white horn bone.
Background[]
Thu is an islander and Kothu's brother. They are the sons of Chief Quextil and Amaritza. Thu is able to speak a bit of some European languages.[1]
While Thu and Kothu are named exclusively in the German radio dramas, the USA Shop At Home catalog's product description for 6262 King Kahuka's Throne refers to the two generic male Islanders as King Kahuka's sons,[2] which is consistent with the radio drama referring to the chief as having two sons and thereby heavily implies that these minifigures represent Thu and Kothu.
