Tiny Turbos is a sub-theme of LEGO Racers. It was introduced in 2005 and is still being released. They have also appeared as a promotion in McDonalds happymeals with only about three pieces per set. Each set includes a number of tiny Racers cars that are micro-scale. They usually come in small plastic canisters, which have lids shaped like a half of a wheel. The Tiny Turbo sets of 2010 don't have this type of lid, instead the lids are shaped like the green racer from 8186 Street Extreme.
