In the first Cars film, he possibly appeared near the Motor Speedway of the South, and later appears in Los Angeles International Speedway race.
Cars 2[]
Todd has two brief cameo appearances in Cars 2. He first appears on the Tire Talky television show, which is being shown in the Wheel Well Motel during McQueen's date with Sally. He is later seen as a spectator at the Radiator Springs Grand Prix.
Cars 3[]
Todd is seen at the demolition derby race, where he loses his rocket topper in the crowd, and one spectator catches it and declares "I got it!"
Cars on the Road[]
In Cars on the Road, Todd appears in all nine episodes
