If I can get enough people to contact LEGO asking them to make the theme, they will be persuaded into doing the most profitable choice and eventually be bugged into creating the theme. To contact, just go to www.lego.com, scroll down to contact us, click it, choose e-mail, and e-mail LEGO that you would like to see the theme created. However, tell me first so I can start a rebillion in order to begin a viable way of making the theme.
